About The Position

Job Details: Pay: $17.60/hour $2.00 shift differential Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays 10:00pm - 6:00am Requirements: Must have three months of consecutive work history with one employer within the last 12 months and/or participating in relevant training in the last 12 months to be considered I. List essential function(s) of the job. A. Must ensure that the proper amount of breading and batter mix is in the batter/breading system B. Must make sure that equipment is operating properly with correct line speed. C. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less) E. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination F. Must be able to keep accurate record of material usuage G. Must be able to do line pick-ups with QA Tech observing procedure H. Must be able to operate the batter/breading system I. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor II. List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job. A. Must use hands, arms, legs and back to lift up to 70 lbs of breader. B. Must use eyes to read and write C. Use hands and fingers to grasp utility knife to open bags of breader and tear off outside lining. D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (appx 3 1/2 hours at a time) E. Uses shoulders, arms and hands to grasp shovel and push excess breader off machine F. Use wrists to put hands in various positions III. List types of equipment required to operate for the position.
