The Bavarian Inn Restaurant is looking to add new faces to our AWESOME third shift bakery team! We are a high volume, from scratch production bakery providing over 250,000 loaves of bread each year for use in our bakeshop and dining rooms. Our third shift bread production team is responsible for the assembling, scaling, and baking of fresh ingredients used in the production of rye, white, stollen, and various other artisanal breads. General knowledge and prior professional experience working with various dough types is required. Prior work history in high volume production bakery setting is a plus, but not required.
