Responsibilities

  • Stay aware of the progress of each dough and fold them when they are ready.
  • Keep track of folding and forming times on the data sheet.
  • Divide the dough and form all breads accurately, correctly, and efficiently.
  • Consult the daily production sheet to check for daily specials.
  • Count each bread variety after forming and record the number on the production sheet.
  • Clean the forming/mixing area with co-workers at the end of the shift.
