About The Position
This early morning baker will train through all stations in the process of baking great artisan bread.
Requirements
- Available to work 1am mornings and weekends
- Read and follow recipes in English
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Self-motivation / direction
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Bend, twist, and lift 50# repeatedly.
- Work safely around hot ovens
- Physical dexterity to hand- shape bread
Nice To Haves
- Food service or commercial baking experience
- Multilingual a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with co-workers from various cultural backgrounds
