If you share our values, come find your place in our global community. You will be based in Anderson, SC. The shift will start at 3:30 pm and end at 11:30 pm depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Requirements

• Must have no active disciplinary action in the past 6 months
• Must have 4.0 points or less attendance
• Must have Brazer Certification current or obtain within the first 30 days of role
• Must have Math Level 1 Skills

Responsibilities

• Ability to relieve O level operators
• Need to be familiar with small tools for repairing
• Operation of a Screw Gun
• Responsible for making repairs to coil covers, control boxes, center hinge and bottom hinge
• Knowledge to recognize defects from other areas
• Good communication skills with other areas on defects and with Team Members and Production Supervisor
• Must be willing to cross train on all jobs in the area
