If you share our values, come find your place in our global community. You will be based in our Anderson, SC location. This shift will start at 6:00am and ends 2:30 pm Monday-Friday. This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Good communication skills to regularly communicate with team members on a proactive basis regarding changeovers, customer order requirements, etc
• Lockout/Tag out Training required
• Quality Inspection
• Good recording keeping skills are a plus
• Must be Brazer Certified, or willing to become Brazer Certified in first 30 days of role

Responsibilities

• Ability to relieve O and D level jobs and float when necessary
• Work from process drawings
• Ability to achieve more specific tolerances and use independent judgement
• Requires less supervision and self-motivation
• Handles complex tasks
• Ability to operate brazing function with 99% accuracy
• Must be able to work with an open flame
