Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior brazing experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate automated brazing machines and equipment according to standard procedures.
- Prepare and position cutting tool components for brazing.
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper bonding and quality.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using basic measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
