Requirements

Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, upholstery, finishing, or trim work is preferred but not required.
Ability to learn and apply precision hand-craft techniques.
Strong attention to detail and visual alignment skills.
Ability to read and understand product specifications.
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity standards.
Dependable attendance and reliability.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Apply decorative brass nail trim to upholstered furniture according to product specifications and quality standards.
Use hand tools and specialized equipment to accurately position and secure nail trim.
Ensure nail placement is consistent, straight, and visually aligned with design requirements.
Inspect finished work to verify quality and overall appearance meet company standards.
Maintain production efficiency while ensuring attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Safely handle furniture pieces and materials during the manufacturing process.
Keep work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding production needs, quality concerns, or workflow issues.
Assist with other production-related tasks as needed to support department efficiency.
