About The Position
The Brandt Center Director of Research and Academic Affairs is a leadership role focused on establishing and advancing a research program at the Brandt Center, part of the Rutgers University Schools of Medicine. The director will lead initiatives aimed at redefining care standards for adolescents and young adults within the Rutgers Health system, while also developing their own research portfolio. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong background in behavioral health research, particularly concerning youth and young adults, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary research efforts across the Rutgers faculty.
