About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven and creative Brand Visibility & Growth Strategist to join our team! If you know how to build brand awareness, create impactful content, and turn visibility into real business opportunities, our team is ready for you. As a Market Visibility & Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for expanding our brand presence and driving engagement in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will take ownership of our digital marketing efforts and help convert visibility into meaningful business development opportunities. Working closely with our sales and operations teams, you will play a key role in strengthening our market presence and supporting company growth. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field.
  • Proven ability to grow brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and campaign strategy.
  • Experience using social media platforms for business growth and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to execute ideas effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing efforts across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and more.
  • Create and execute strategic campaigns that increase brand recognition and market visibility.
  • Develop engaging content that drives audience interaction and community engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to convert marketing efforts into business development leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Provide light administrative support as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for planning, reporting, and internal communication.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all channels.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
