Job Overview The Associate, Brand Strategy plays a pivotal role in shaping how Macy’s shows up in the world, helping to connect culture, customers, and creativity in ways that move Macy’s forward. Working alongside the Senior Director of Brand Strategy, this person will help develop integrated campaigns that are insight-led, culturally relevant, and emotionally resonant. The ideal candidate is insatiably curious: about people, culture, retail, and what makes brands matter. They know how to spot the unobvious gems that inspire big ideas and can turn those insights into clear, compelling briefs that spark breakthrough creative. The candidate doesn’t need deep retail experience, but they should be passionate about retail and how it is evolving.
