The Brand Strategy function at Swiftly is a new and critical part of the Revenue Operations team, designed to support both our CPG and Retail sales organizations with strategic storytelling, insights-driven materials, and go-to-market frameworks that unlock revenue growth. We’re looking for a Brand Strategy Associate that will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Insights to develop and scale best-in-class sales and campaign strategy materials. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, retail media, or B2B marketing—ideally supporting both advertiser and partner sales teams. They are a confident storyteller, deck builder, and problem solver who can take an ambiguous brief and turn it into a compelling pitch or proactive narrative. This person is excited to shape a new function, build repeatable systems, and establish Swiftly’s strategic voice in a growing and competitive category.
