You will manage complex scheduling, communications, and priorities, proactively anticipating needs and ensuring seamless execution in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will oversee relationship management and end-to-end event ownership, shaping how the team is represented both internally and externally. By bringing structure and intuitive thinking to every detail, you support leaders in operating at their best and elevate the overall impact of the brand through thoughtful stewardship and precise execution.
