About The Position

The Brand Protection Advisor role at Ecolab's EcoSure division focuses on driving operational excellence and supporting clients in maintaining high standards in brand protection, guest experience, and food safety. This position involves conducting on-site visits, providing coaching and training, and delivering actionable insights to help clients enhance their operations and protect their brand.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2 years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License.

• Multilingual (Spanish & French preferred).
• High-level customer service and advanced consultative skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training methods.
• Adhere to HIPPA guidelines while completing operational visits in various sectors including hospitality and healthcare.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to address client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize technology such as tablets, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems for efficient planning and job functions.
