Requirements

• Associate's degree related field or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience, within a specialty retail environment, in addition to possessing basic merchandising experience.
• Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organizational skills.
• General computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office products.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders; monitor fulfillment and shipping statuses.
• Assist with vendor and product onboarding.
• Work with vendor partners to obtain product images, assets, and marketing samples.
• Audit website and ordering systems to ensure products are displayed as intended.
• Support expansion as needed.
• Other duties as assigned to drive business strategies.
