About The Position

The Brand Representative at Emanate Connections Incorporated is responsible for driving customer engagement and brand awareness through innovative outreach and charity efforts. This full-time role involves setting up event displays, engaging with potential donors, and collaborating with team members to ensure successful fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• Some college coursework in a related field is preferred but not required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a position that requires direct customer contact
• The ability to work full time hours (some weekends included for events)
• The ability to meet at our office when required as well as travel daily to events
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Must have basic math skills
• Written and verbal communication skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on all opportunities to engage customers to drive interest and brand awareness
• Effortlessly captivate an audience with your personality to drive customer engagement and increase revenue generation
• Set eye-catching pop-up style event displays to increase engagement opportunities with potential donors
• Meet with fellow Brand Representatives to ensure all logistics are confirmed prior to event
• Meet with senior Fundraising Sales Managers for continued training opportunities
• Accurately track all sales and donations, and report at designated times to senior management
• Mild inventory management as needed
