About The Position

ThirdLove is an intimates apparel company that believes beautiful, comfortable bras should be easy to find, offering exceptional fit and comfort. ThirdChannel connects brands with passionate experts to represent their lifestyle, values, and ethics. This role seeks enthusiastic, knowledgeable Brand Representatives passionate about the premium intimates apparel industry. You will merchandise products, educate customers, and train store associates while representing the ThirdLove brand in retail locations. Previous experience with women’s premium intimates brands is required. This position offers excellent supplemental income for passionate ThirdLove brand advocates.

Requirements

• Previous experience with women’s premium intimates brands required
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time independently
• Comfort with technology and ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app
• A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0+ or Android 10.0+ required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within an assigned territory

Nice To Haves

• Merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and maintain brand displays
• Move back stock to the sales floor as needed
• Train store associates, with a primary focus on what ThirdLove is known for and what sets the brand apart
• Engage with customers to educate and drive brand awareness
• Capture photos, observations, and feedback during each visit
• Submit detailed reports through our mobile app to support brand presentation and retail execution improvements
