About The Position

The Brand & Product Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging graphics, videos, packaging, and visual content for C3 Industries brands. This role involves collaboration with the Director of Branding & Design and the marketing team to develop creative media that aligns with brand aesthetics. It is a full-time, 3-month contract position focused on brand design, retail support, and project management.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, Keynote, and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Strong skills in brand building, CPG packaging, and promotional campaign design.
• Creative thinker with a passion for visual communication.
• Ability to adapt design style to fit multiple brand identities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a creative team environment and project management systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the cannabis industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, videos, and packaging for C3 Industries brands.
• Support seasonal promotions across various advertising channels.
• Develop new brand and campaign materials.
• Design swag/apparel and branded displays.
• Create graphics for social media, newsletters, and websites.
• Edit photos including post-processing and manipulation.
• Implement and adhere to brand design processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand business objectives.
• Track and update projects through the Project Management System.
