Manager, Brand Partnerships & Licensing McDonald’s is a global icon. A truly amazing brand recognized the world over. Happy Meal is finding a new identity within not only the family eating out sector but also the ever-changing family dynamics, where the partner & product needs to be innovative, reactive, socially conscious, and sustainably focused. As the agency of record for McDonalds Family Business, TMS is at the forefront of this innovative path and is working to sculpt the partnership and toy landscape for the modern family. This unique role’s primary focus will be to support the Happy Meal Brand Partnerships team and Sr Director of BP (who you will report into) in driving projects from licensing and planning You will be at the heart of Happy Meal process, supporting the development of BIG Ideas, partner sourcing and program development. As a Manager, Brand Partnerships & Licensing you will be looking to develop your knowledge and experience within a buzzing and forward-thinking business. Requirements

  • +4 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Account Management.
  • You will be a motivated person who approaches new tasks with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • You will be highly organized with the ability to prioritize a fast-paced workload to meet multiple deadlines
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • You will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm approach to busy situations with an ability to multi-task effectively
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be a confident presenter
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • You will have enthusiasm for the creative process of campaign development
  • You will have a process driven mind-set – able to work within guidelines and to tight timelines
  • You will have experience of projects with complex dependencies and/or multi-disciplinary outputs.
  • You will be curious and want to get into the detail. You will want to understand and be motivated to help resolve stakeholder challenges.
  • You will be a calm, confident and level-headed communicator.
  • You will understand the importance of continuous improvement and be keen to explore different tools and ways of working.
  • You will have a passion for the McDonald’s brand and wider marketing industry

Responsibilities

  • Support building the Brand Partnerships Department – focusing on trend spotting and a deep understanding of the key industries that we work on.
  • Develop strategic reporting pieces (internal & external) to educate and share knowledge and how this impacts our business
  • Working closely with the other markets to share knowledge and findings, as well as competitor and market reviews.
  • Support during Planning Process working with:
  • External stakeholders (McDonald’s) to continue to evolve our planning process, anticipating/ addressing new needs based on the business context.
  • Support in continuing to position tms as the key stakeholder when it comes to industry expertise.
  • Internally working closely with strategy, product development, supply chain to ensure a smooth and successful process
  • Booking in meetings, managing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Create and manage multi-disciplinary timelines for all global HM projects, working with delivery leads to ensure they are accurate, achievable, aligned and updated.
  • Ensure key achievements are shared and adhered to with internal and external collaborators.
