About The Position

Big Green Egg is looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing Brand Experience Team. This role supports the Director of Brand Experience across our portfolio of partnerships, events, and lifestyle initiatives — helping us elevate how the Big Green Egg shows up with premium partners, retailers, chefs, and outdoor-living brands. The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager and people-person: someone who thrives building relationships, keeps timelines tight, loves solving problems, and wants to play an active role in growing a legacy brand for the next generation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that supports partner satisfaction, internal coordination, event execution, and day-to-day tracking of responsibilities across our team.

Requirements

  • At least 3–6 years of experience in account management, project management, partnerships, events, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven ability/Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative, approachable, and outgoing working style.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Effective multi-tasker-comfortable managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple teams.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through to completion
  • Experience working with project management or task-tracking tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • A proven creative marketer with experience managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, or lifestyle collaborations.
  • Background working with consumer brands, especially in food, beverage, outdoor, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
  • Familiarity with retail, events, live activations, or co-branded programs.
  • A natural interest in outdoor cooking, food culture, hosting, or lifestyle brands — not required but makes assimilation easier (and more fun).
  • Ability to travel for partner activations and key events when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a daily point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring smooth communication, proactive updates, and high satisfaction.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with partner teams while upholding Big Green Egg’s premium brand standards.
  • Support the Director of Brand Experience in identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships and enhance the overall experience for both brands.
  • Track, organize, and flow of all partnership deliverables, ensuring the Brand Experience team meets deadlines and internal touchpoints.
  • Manage timelines, project plans, and task lists across teams using shared systems and tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Asana.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Product, Retail, Events, Sales) to clearly translate partner expectations and requirements.
  • Work closely with the Manager of Brand Events to support planning, logistics, and on-site needs when required.
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders have the information they need to deliver high-quality work thatrepresentsBig Green Egg’s premium standards.
  • Communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively across departments to keep projects moving and prevent issues before they arise.
  • Maintain and improve processes for project tracking, partner reporting, and internal accountability.
  • Monitor project implementation across internal and external teams, flag risks early, and problem-solve quickly.
  • Support recap reports, performance summaries, and program insights to educate both partners and internal leadership.
