The Brand Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across GE HealthCare’s global brand ecosystem. This role serves as the connective tissue between brand strategy, creative execution, marketing, agencies, and enterprise partners, ensuring brand initiatives are delivered with rigor, consistency, and efficiency. This role blends program management, brand governance, creative operations, and stakeholder leadership, enabling the Brand Team to scale effectively while maintaining high strategic and creative standards. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand operations, brand program management, creative operations, or agency account leadership.
  • Deep experience working with brand strategy, systems, guidelines, and governance models.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong understanding of creative development across visual, verbal, digital, motion, and experiential channels.
  • Experience partnering with external agencies and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-workstream brand programs (e.g., brand creative, campaigns, guidelines, governance initiatives).
  • Own timelines, workflows, resourcing, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive operational rigor through clear processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Facilitate recurring co-branding sessions with legal and licensor.
  • Provide guidance and approvals to cross-functional teams to ensure brand compliance and consistency.
  • Co-lead brand training sessions and follow-up communications related to rollout of new guidelines and tools.
  • Develop quarterly brand governance KPI reports.
  • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Ensure high quality, on brand and on budget deliverables.
  • Partner with IT and MarTech teams on brand asset systems and workflows (e.g., DAM platforms, SaaS).
  • Manage external partners in the buildout of new digital brand hub.
  • Support asset migration, libraries, governance, and adoption across global teams.
  • Ensure assets are discoverable, compliant, and aligned to current brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Communications, Legal, IT, Procurement, regional and international teams.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and supplier invoicing related to brand initiatives.
  • Track program health, risks, and performance, providing regular status updates to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across brand operations.
