The Brand Management Specialist will assist in the creation and management of brand campaigns. This specialist will ensure that brand standards are upheld and cohesive to continue to build Ochsner’s brand awareness and reputation.   • Message Mapping: Assist in preparing and executing message mapping sessions with internal clients.
  • Prepare notes from message mapping sessions and compile into formal report for sharing.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to ensure final deliverables are reviewed and approved by internal client(s).
  • Present findings as needed to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Brand Campaign Support: Support the development of new brand campaigns, including the preparation of creative briefs, communications with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with campaign pre-production activities.
  • Collaborate with In-House Agency and Media Planning teams on post-production campaign needs (i.e., print and outdoor billboard media schedules).
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and help with special projects as assigned.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Brand Research & Insights: Collaborate with marketing's consumer insights and research team on brand research projects.
  • Collect project requests from brand team and prepare overviews to share with consumer research and insights team for research planning and execution.
  • Support brand team members in brainstorming new research topics as needed.
  • Participate in viewing brand research studies (i.e., campaign focus groups) and using outputs for campaign planning.

  • Education Required - High School diploma or equivalent. Additional degrees, business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications.
  • Work Experience Required - 2 years related experience or Bachelor's degree

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration
  • Preferred - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday).
