About The Position
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to own our brand marketing efforts for Claude, Anthropic's flagship AI. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that build awareness, preference, and cultural relevance for Claude. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, research, communications, and sales to create compelling narratives that effectively communicate Claude's unique capabilities and Anthropic's commitment to building safe, reliable AI systems. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at both the art and science of marketing - as comfortable analyzing data to derive insights as they are shaping a brand's voice and creative direction. You will help define how Claude shows up in the world, inspiring trust and excitement among our users and establishing Anthropic's position in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
