About The Position

We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to own Doctronic's visual identity across every touchpoint. You'll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency while evolving our visual language to meet the needs of patients, clinicians, and enterprise partners. This role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution. You'll create assets for marketing campaigns, landing pages, email, social media, paid acquisition, and more. Your work will help millions of people understand and trust AI-powered healthcare—making complex technology feel approachable and human.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual design
  • Portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking and the ability to build cohesive visual systems
  • Skilled at making complex, technical concepts feel approachable and human
  • Comfortable moving fast in a startup environment without sacrificing quality
  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively with marketing, growth, and product teams
  • Data-informed designer who understands how creative decisions impact conversion and engagement
  • Excellent communicator who can articulate design rationale and receive feedback constructively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to pixel-perfect execution and brand consistency

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or health tech design experience
  • Experience designing for regulated or trust-sensitive industries
  • Background in motion design or video production
  • Familiarity with designing for both consumer and enterprise audiences
  • Experience building and scaling design systems
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design and growth marketing

Responsibilities

  • Own Doctronic's visual identity across all touchpoints: marketing site, social media, sales decks, swag, and press materials
  • Ensure brand consistency while thoughtfully evolving our visual language as the company grows
  • Create high-quality design assets for campaigns, landing pages, email, social, and paid acquisition channels
  • Move quickly to support marketing initiatives while maintaining brand quality and attention to detail
  • Partner with growth and marketing teams to test creative that converts and drives user engagement
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure consistent brand expression across consumer and enterprise experiences
  • Design materials that build trust with diverse audiences: patients seeking care, clinicians using our tools, and healthcare partners
  • Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and guidelines that enable the team to scale
  • Balance aesthetic excellence with strategic business objectives and conversion goals
