Urban Outfitters is looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator focused on Brand Partnerships. The Brand Partnerships Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and administration of brand marketing initiatives, with a focus on partnership activations, co-branded campaigns, and media collaborations. This role ensures operational efficiency across internal teams and external partners by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate documentation. The coordinator plays a key role in supporting the brand’s visibility and engagement through strategic partnerships and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand partnership campaigns, including co-branded initiatives, influencer activations, and media placements.
  • Draft and maintain campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and assist in compiling post-campaign recaps and reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.
  • Maintain organized digital records for contracts, creative assets, and campaign documentation.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and shipping requests related to partnership and co-op marketing.
  • Support budget tracking and reconciliation for partnership and media initiatives.
  • Use project management software to manage timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and escalate potential delays or roadblocks to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in optimizing workflows and improving team processes for greater efficiency.
  • Coordinate product ordering and shipping for influencer gifting and partner activations.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand standards and deadlines are met.
  • Track influencer and partner content performance and engagement metrics.
  • Support the execution of paid media plans by coordinating asset delivery and monitoring live placements.
  • Assist in managing co-op marketing efforts, including partner communications, deliverable tracking, and budget documentation
