About The Position

The Brand Marketing Associate for the Stouffer's brand at Nestlé Professional Solutions is responsible for managing product portfolios and developing strategic recommendations to enhance business growth and profitability. This role involves executing marketing plans, optimizing product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and commercialization in the Out-of-Home channels.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of progressive experience in product or brand management.
  • 3-5+ years of experience influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, particularly with Sales and Product Development.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of US military experience required; MBA preferred.
  • Analytical thinker who can present insights-based and financial-backed recommendations.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines, working independently and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of financial planning, product forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management.
  • P&L experience and strong planning skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CPG or Foodservice experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and implements initiatives to improve consumer relevance and financial delivery of existing products through cost and portfolio optimization.
  • Drives product strategy and commercialization against operating plans and budgets by analyzing product performance and providing action plans.
  • Executes day-to-day tactical Product Marketing plans for the brand, including managing the I2L SKU tracking process.
  • Manages external agency partners and controls brand budget while leveraging insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepares annual business plans and assists in mid and long-term strategic business planning.
  • Leads regular updates on initiative performance and makes recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Provides forecast planning support for Brand, Supply Chain, Commercial Development, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Sustains high-level relationship management with cross-functional partners to accomplish new product plans.
  • Manages marketing communication assets including digital shelf asset development and sales tools.
  • Coordinates with Sales and Sales support teams on lead generation processes.
  • Participates in cross-functional teams in the ideation and development of new products from concept to commercialization.
  • Leads the set-up of new products, including system input and project management.
