The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing brand strategies, tactics and day to day operations that drive awareness and leads, consistency, and customer loyalty across Pinch A Penny’s franchise network. This role ensures brand standards are maintained while supporting local franchisees with effective marketing tools, campaigns, messaging and media that align with company goals. On a daily basis our Brand Manager: - Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and execute brand strategies that support growth and customer engagement. Manage and maintain marketing calendar. Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all channels (retail, digital, social, service, advertising). Manage brand guidelines and ensure compliance across franchise locations. - Campaign Development & Execution Lead national and seasonal marketing campaigns (promotions, service programs, new product launches). Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives. Support local marketing programs and co-op initiatives for franchisees. - Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with merchandising, operations, training, IT to ensure brand alignment. Provide franchise-ready marketing assets, toolkits, and guidance. - Content & Experience Management Oversee development of brand storytelling, messaging, and content across digital and stores. - Customer Insights & Performance Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive insights to refine brand strategies. Monitor campaign performance, brand health metrics, and ROI. Use insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - Other job-related duties as assigned
