Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Marketing – System Clinical Services team in the role of Brand Manager – System Marketing . The Brand Manager – System Marketing supports and executes strategic service line (SSL) marketing strategies and effective brand plans to achieve SSL & Strategic Business Unit annual and long-term goals. You will identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will coordinate the development of marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. You will be responsible for research and competitive analysis for marketing projects. The Brand Manager – System Marketing works with other functional areas to collect information. You will analyze and interpret data and recommends changes to marketing objectives and/or programs. The focus of the Brand Manager – System Marketing will not be campaign management but will lean heavily into strategy work and starting up new service lines. Strong communication skills and critical thinking skills are needed to excel within this role. Project Management - Develops solutions with sound methodologies, guidelines, and system marketing best practices; makes decisions and solve problems within project plan parameters; recognizes patterns, time sequences, events, or underlying issues in complex relationships; chooses the best alternative based on consideration of pros, cons, tradeoffs, timing, and available resources. Business Acumen - Exhibits a basic understanding of the organization and how it is structured, the dynamics of the health systems industry at large, and the overall competitive landscape. Has foundational knowledge of business functions and operations of the system marketing department. Collaboration - Collaborates with others to find creative and innovative business solutions. Actively contributes to their team(s), and the achievement of team and organizational goals. Engages, guides and mentors other team members as needed. Execution - Addresses problems directly and implements objectives effectively. Produces on-time, high-quality work deliverables. Able to apply basic project management principles and ensure standard of work is place and reflects leading system marketing best practices. Leadership - Takes the initiative to proactively resolve issues, address concerns, identify potential risks, and improve overall processes and outcomes. Seeks new ways to improve individual and team efforts for overall success, while promoting collaboration and teamwork.
