CAA's Brand Management team is seeking a Business Development Manager / Senior Manager to join our fast growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling multiple projects and thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented, creative environment. The candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable with all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, warm/cold calling, negotiating and closing deals that drive new business. This person will be committed and highly motivated in delivering relationships as well as implementing the licensing strategy for the North America portfolio of Brands. They will have the ability to pitch and negotiate with key manufactures and retailers, displaying a 'can do' attitude. This role will work across all business functions, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders.
