HYBRID Opportunity in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX The Brand Learning Program Manager – Jared is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, design, and evolution of Jared brand training. This role blends strategic partnership and critical thinking with hands-on execution—designing, developing, and facilitating learning experiences that elevate selling excellence, brand storytelling, and in-store customer and team member experience. Serving as a trusted partner to the broader Jared Brand Operations team and Learning & Development team, this role ensures that training programs remain relevant, engaging, and aligned to evolving business priorities. Approximately 50% of the role is dedicated to auditing, refining, and modernizing existing programs, while the remainder focuses on developing new curriculum and delivering learning experiences across both digital and live formats.
