A bit about the brand team We’re the central creative force supercharging the Heidi brand in markets across the world. We’re the big thinkers, the ideas people. The ones who see a great customer DM in our socials and decide to put it on a billboard. We’re tasked with building a truly global brand; one that’s recognisable from Dungog to Delaware. Like the rest of the business, we move fast. Ideation and execution often happen in parallel. We know the secret to great work is action, so we’re not afraid to roll our sleeves up and get stuck in. The role We’re looking for a Brand Lead to help shape and scale how Heidi shows up in the world. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll partner closely on brand direction and lead the charge in bringing campaigns and platforms to life across the business. You’ll support the development of positioning and big ideas, then ensure they translate into distinctive, high-quality work. This is a role for someone who can move fluidly between thinking and doing. You’re comfortable contributing to brand strategy and campaign platforms, but you’re equally strong at building the plans, structure and momentum that make them real. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Comms and external agencies to ensure our brand is consistent, ambitious and commercially aligned.
