The Brand Field Specialist (BFS) plays a crucial role in promoting and expanding the Falken and Dunlop brands within a designated territory. This position is primarily focused on engaging with prospective associate dealers and current dealers to enroll them in the Falken (Fanatic) associate dealer program or the ProDealer Dunlop Motorcycle program. The BFS is tasked with merchandising each newly signed account, ensuring that the dealers are effectively engaging with the brand and its offerings. This includes conducting follow-up calls to assess dealer engagement and satisfaction with the programs. In addition to dealer engagement, the BFS is responsible for gathering market intelligence to identify opportunities for improvement within the Fanatic and ProDealer programs. Building and nurturing relationships with local distributor sales representatives and internal staff at SRNA is also a key component of this role. The BFS is expected to be proactive in seeking ways to enhance the dealer network and improve overall program performance. This position offers the potential for monthly commission payouts based on performance, making it a rewarding opportunity for those with a strong sales background in the automotive retail sector.
