Responsible for shaping and reinforcing the brand’s personality, this role ensures that what we stand for—our tone, look, feel, and promise—is consistently and compellingly expressed across all environments: from the retail store itself to store signage and packaging, to the pump experience, to digital engagement and loyalty. Ideal for a creative yet business-minded thinker who thrives at the intersection of branding, customer experience, and retail execution. You will collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, digital, and design partners to infuse the brand into the everyday customer experience—and build emotional resonance that turns customers into loyal fans.
