About The Position

Brand Experience Manager at a growth-oriented energy company. Will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across every touchpoint of the customer journey. Responsible for shaping and reinforcing the brand’s personality, this role ensures that what we stand for—our tone, look, feel, and promise—is consistently and compellingly expressed across all environments: from the retail store itself to store signage and packaging, to the pump experience, to digital engagement and loyalty. Ideal for a creative yet business-minded thinker who thrives at the intersection of branding, customer experience, and retail execution. You will collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, digital, and design partners to infuse the brand into the everyday customer experience—and build emotional resonance that turns customers into loyal fans. Whether it’s a clean pump, a clever sign, or a seamless app experience, the Brand Experience Manager helps ensure every detail builds pride in the brand and loyalty from our customers. Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, customer experience, or retail marketing, ideally in consumer-facing industries like retail, CPG, or QSR.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate high-level brand strategy into practical customer-facing assets preferred.
  • Passion for storytelling and delivering memorable, on-brand customer experiences preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the brand’s voice, visual language, and personality across physical and digital channels.
  • Ideate and implement brand-enhancing visuals and experiences in-store.
  • Ensure brand consistency across store environments, packaging, pump decals, uniforms, in-store signage, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with the loyalty team to deliver a brand-aligned customer experience through digital.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and playbooks for internal and external partners.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate new initiatives, ensuring brand alignment and impact on customer perception.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and contribute to strategies that increase brand equity, emotional connection, and repeat visits.
  • Brand positioning, identity systems, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Managing creative projects and working with designers, agencies, or in-house creative teams.
