As Brand Director, you will orchestrate our end-to-end brand marketing strategy - connecting the dots across employer brand, awareness, perception, engagement, and voice. Your role is both strategic and operational: setting direction and executing on initiatives that grow Lantern’s presence, relevance, and impact across all audiences. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between content, creative, growth marketing, PR, product marketing, and commercial teams, ensuring brand investments are aligned, measured, and optimized for business impact. This role demands a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative fluency, with a keen eye toward how brand building drives growth. You’ll also be an internal champion for new tools and technologies - especially generative AI - that unlock new efficiencies and creative potential.
