Burn Boot Camp is seeking a Brand Director to conceptualize, create, and plan brand marketing initiatives that advance the Burn Boot Camp marketing agenda. The Brand Director will work directly with our Headquarters Team and report to the Vice President of Marketing. This position will work cross-departmentally to lead and oversee all Burn Boot Camp branding elements. The Brand Director is responsible for ensuring consistency of brand voice and visual representation across all platforms and materials.

  • Leading and supervising the creative, copywriting, and production teams.
  • Collaborating with various departments to align brand strategy with overall business goals.
  • Overseeing the creation and production of promotional materials, ensuring they align with brand standards.
  • Managing the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyzing market trends to adjust strategies and respond to customer preferences.
  • Controlling budget for branding and production activities.
  • Oversee Creative Services Team & Deliverables: manage team and resources to execute digital, print, video and marketing and advertising campaigns for the Burn Boot Camp Franchise System and its affiliates using the Burn Boot Camp National Brand Fund.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image throughout all digital/print promotional materials, locations, distribution platforms, events, joint ventures, and any other affiliated marketing and/or advertising channels.
  • Oversee the brand messaging across all mediums and affiliates by delivering clear and concise voice and tone aligned with the mission of the company.
  • Responsible for reporting, forecasting, and analyzing performance, activities, and campaigns according to objectives and key results.
  • Manage a team of in-house experts to execute initiatives.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and performance review processes to develop marketing team in alignment with the culture of the organization.
  • Oversee the creation of manuals and training materials necessary for marketing implementation across the system.
  • Work with in-house experts to build and manage marketing strategies to drive Franchise Development results.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required and/or assigned by the VP of Marketing.
  • 7-10 years experience in marketing, advertising, online and/or customer marketing, preferably for a B2C/ consumer-driven business.
  • 3+ years experience managing a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Passion for fitness, health and nutrition; enthusiastic about Burn Boot Camp’s mission.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of both brand marketing and digital marketing principles.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
  • Thorough understanding of direct marketing principles.
  • Franchising experience a plus.
  • Occasional travel as needed, <15%.
