About The Position

Clear Title is hiring a Brand Development Representative to work directly with real estate agents and help them elevate their marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative, and tech-savvy individual who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth through innovative marketing.

Requirements

Understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRMs, etc.) — some training available
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and self-directed
Creative problem solver with a growth mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience in real estate or real estate marketing preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Partner with real estate agents to enhance their personal and property marketing efforts.
Guide and support agents in implementing: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
CRM systems and lead-nurture automations
Email, text, and mail funnel strategies
Social media branding and content strategies
Print marketing and geographic farming initiatives
Collaborate with three partner real estate offices in Clark County to drive engagement and measurable results.
Stay up to date on industry trends and marketing tools to continuously bring new ideas to the team.
Operate independently, manage your own outreach schedule, and take ownership of performance goals.
