Role Roadmap We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help define how Kalshi shows up in the world. You’ll shape how the brand behaves across campaigns, product surfaces, and cultural moments, translating a new category into a visual language people recognize. You’ll work closely with our creative leadership to evolve and apply our identity system across everything we do.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand design or visual design
  • Strong portfolio showing concept-driven work and executional range
  • High level of typographic sensitivity and layout discipline
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas through design
  • Experience working within a defined brand system (and pushing it forward)
  • Comfortable working fast, iterating, and owning work end-to-end

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in finance, markets, or information systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute brand work across campaigns, product marketing, social, and activations
  • Apply and evolve Kalshi’s identity system with consistency and precision
  • Develop concepts for campaigns and launch moments
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and external partners
  • Maintain a high bar for craft across typography, layout, and motion
  • Contribute to building a scalable, cohesive brand system
