About the position

This role sits between our Community Marketing and Creative teams, supporting campaigns that will help Notion grow key audiences—from startup founders to content creators to students. You'll work closely with our Community Marketing Lead to drive projects from concept to delivery. The role is perfect for someone comfortable working nimbly across a wide range of surfaces and channels, whether it be social content templates, branded swag, or activation graphics for our events.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Community Marketing Lead to translate ideas and initiatives into early sketches, concept decks, and production-ready assets.
  • Maintain lightweight asset libraries for internal teams.
  • Support asset production across video, experiential, and performance marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ability to execute buzzy campaigns across a wide range of platforms and touchpoints.
  • Ability to design with performance in mind and thrive in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with lifecycle or performance marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with Notion.
