Nuts.com is seeking a Brand and Creative Director to lead the creative and strategic vision that drives growth, loyalty, and storytelling across all touchpoints. This leader will oversee Nuts.com’s customer-centric brand strategy, creative direction, and the performance-driven creative assets that fuel our advertising engine. This role sits at the intersection of brand building and performance marketing, balancing creative excellence with measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Sales Officer, you’ll shape how Nuts.com shows up in the world, from upper-funnel brand campaigns to the iterative, data-driven ad creative that powers our digital channels. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team of creatives, strategists, and producers in creating work that’s bold, smart, and high-performing, spanning DTC, B2B, Retail, and Amazon.
