As a Digital Designer, you are a creative and collaborative individual with a passion for delivering high-quality digital designs. Focused on execution and production, you will work closely with the design team to bring innovative creative solutions to life across various digital channels. You are familiar with youth culture and the creative industry, and you're always looking to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Your expertise is centered on designing and producing digital assets, including graphics, animations, and interactive experiences. You're eager to learn and take on new challenges, and you're not afraid to ask questions or seek feedback. You have experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. You're able to work independently and effectively manage your time to deliver high-quality results. You're a team player who is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing. You have excellent communication skills and are able to clearly articulate your design decisions and rationale.
