Responsibilities

  • Create conceptual designs to include but not limited to: packaging design, digital graphics, animations, renderings, multi-media marketing and advertising campaigns for use in domestic and international markets.
  • Present concept visualization through sketches, drawings, mock-ups and/or illustrations.
  • Design digital facing assets that drive intended key performance indicators (engagement, CTR, conversion) while facilitating a clear user experience with a mobile first mentality.
  • Manage multiple design deliverables in relation to marketing and product development schedules while maintaining consistency of brand and creative across customer touchpoints.
  • Organize, maintain workflow, and prioritize to meet deadlines and budgets for all projects.
  • Continual research of creative, design, and marketing trends that deliver opportunities to drive brand performance in multiple channels.
  • Understand the customers' needs and expectations for our products and services using methods such as participation in customer intercepts, reviewing research and online reviews, listening to customer calls in Customer Care Center.
