About The Position

The Brand Coordinator at Prairie View Inc. is responsible for enhancing the organization's online presence and brand awareness through effective content creation, SEO optimization, and community engagement. This role involves collaborating with the Leadership Team to analyze and update marketing strategies, manage website content, and produce engaging materials that resonate with the target audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Two years of prior work experience in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong skills in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and internet marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with media contacts for increased visibility.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Valid Kansas driver's license and insurability through Prairie View insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google AdWords.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of public relations best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze online keywords and update tags, titles, AdWords, banners, and language for optimization.
  • Create engaging, SEO-focused content for various platforms.
  • Revise marketing tools and web content to maintain accuracy and engagement.
  • Develop new marketing materials while ensuring brand integrity.
  • Assist in preparing exhibits and providing coverage for events.
  • Continuously update the website with new information.
  • Build online marketing banners and create shareable content for social media.
  • Create marketing materials as assigned by the Leadership Team.
  • Oversee and manage website content and functionality, ensuring data is current and links are functional.
  • Coordinate and assist with community education and engagement events.
  • Provide clear communication to the community regarding Prairie View's services.
  • Take photos for internal events and write press releases for organizational communications.
  • Build marketing kits for events such as job and college fairs.
  • Research and purchase new marketing materials.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing products.
