About The Position

Honest Abe Roofing is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the country, with locations expanding coast to coast. We are building a modern, premium home services brand and are looking for someone who can help elevate how that brand shows up across every channel. Honest Abe Roofing is seeking a highly organized, creative, and growth-minded Brand & Content Manager to lead content execution and support brand communication across the company. This role will oversee social media, content planning, brand consistency, and communication efforts across multiple markets. The right candidate will be able to think strategically while also handling day-to-day execution. This is not just a posting role. This person will help us create better content, maintain brand standards, and support broader marketing efforts including social, email, blogs, public relations, and franchise communications.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, communications, or brand management
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience managing business social media accounts, not just personal accounts
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Understanding of content that performs across short-form video, social media, and digital platforms
  • Ability to work fast, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a growing company where priorities can move quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services, construction, franchising, or multi-location businesses
  • Experience with email marketing, blog writing, or public relations support
  • Familiarity with tools such as Birdeye, Buffer, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of branding, creative direction, and content planning
  • Experience coordinating with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, or outside marketing vendors
  • Basic understanding of paid media and how content supports advertising performance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the company’s social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profiles
  • Build and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars
  • Coordinate with internal team members and outside partners on graphics, video, and campaign assets
  • Turn field content, project photos, testimonials, and company updates into branded marketing content
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all locations and channels
  • Support franchise locations with content direction, communication, and brand standards
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, blog content, and written communication projects
  • Support public relations opportunities, announcements, and brand storytelling efforts
  • Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and general community activity across platforms
  • Track performance and provide simple, useful reporting on content and channel performance
  • Identify content opportunities tied to hiring, promotions, storm response, seasonal campaigns, and company growth
  • Help improve internal content systems, organization, and communication workflows
