The Brand and Communications Manager is the guardian of the brand and will be responsible for ensuring that the products, services and brands that fall under the Castrol Masterbrand are continually enhanced to resonate with current and potential customers and consumers. They will strategize and/or lead the brand team in planning, development and execution to increase brand perception, driving preference, and strengthen Castrol’s competitive position across B2C and B2B2c segments in the U.S, delivering engaging content, and build value and performance of the brands via brand experience and products, particularly within the key Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO) channels (Retail and DIFM). This senior level leader role requires a well-rounded marketing leader with expertise in consumer marketing, media strategy, and product management. The role is based in Wayne, New Jersey and has direct reports.
