As a Brand Bookkeeper/Accountant on the BackOffice team, a typical day for you will include: Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare financial statements, analyze data, and document business transactions. Ledger Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records by documenting business transactions and preparing essential financial reports. Franchisee Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to resource for franchisees, assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping questions and software navigation. Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure every penny is accounted for. Royalty Accuracy: Verify and process financial data to ensure royalty submissions are submitted correctly and on time. Onboarding & Support: Help new franchisees get up to speed on our specific bookkeeping practices, procedures, and chart of accounts. Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. (Required qualifications) Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with a mastery of QuickBooks Online. You should be very comfortable navigating Excel and Outlook. Skills: Ultra-Detail Oriented: You catch the small errors others miss. Organized & Deadline-Driven: You love a clean inbox and a closed month. Service-Minded: You enjoy helping people understand their numbers. Resilient: A great sense of humor is required—we work hard to promote a great work atmosphere and customer experience. Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Schedule / in-office requirements: Remote or Hybrid, Waco or Irving, TX Bring your goals and be enabled to reach them. Requirements
