About The Position
This role is not just about managing processes — it’s about leading with vision, executing with precision, and connecting strategy with impact. As the Brand & Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the long-, mid-, and short-term brand and marketing strategies in alignment with our Global HQ based in South Korea. You’ll be the key driver behind building a brand that resonates with local consumers and creates measurable business value. You will oversee signage sponsorships, event planning and execution, PR and communications, and agency management across social media and content. This role demands strong leadership, deep collaboration, and the ability to act as a bridge between the local market and Global HQ — ensuring alignment while adapting strategy to local needs.
