Brand and Campaign Producer

SLIM CHICKENSFayetteville, AR

About The Position

Slim Chickens is a 300+ locations and growing better-chicken brand with one of the most loyal guest bases in the QSR segment. Our in-house creative agency produces everything from brand campaigns and LTO launches to social content, food photography, and video — all built to the same standard: bold, brand-right, and built to drive traffic. We make real content. We shoot real food. We produce real campaigns. And to do that at the quality and volume our brand demands, we need a producer who can move fast without cutting corners, who knows how a shoot works and how a campaign goes live, and who cares as much about the final ten-second clip as they do about the six-week campaign it belongs to. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Brand & Campaign Producer is the production engine of the in-house agency. Where Brand Managers manage the project and Creative Directors lead the vision, the Producer makes it happen — on set, in post, in the studio, and in the field. You are responsible for translating creative briefs and approved concepts into produced assets that are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. This role spans the full production spectrum: pre-production planning and vendor sourcing, on-set or on-location production management, post-production oversight, and final asset delivery and trafficking. You will own food photography sessions, social content shoots, video campaigns, animation briefs, and the coordination of external production partners for High Lift work. You will also serve as a production advisor during the briefing phase — the person who tells the team what is actually achievable in the time and budget available. You are right for this role if you have been on set enough times to know what goes wrong and why, if you can build a production budget from a blank page, and if you find it deeply satisfying to deliver a final file that is exactly what the brief asked for — and a little bit better.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content production, advertising production, or creative production — ideally within an in-house agency, brand marketing team, or advertising agency.
  • Proven experience owning end-to-end production: pre-production planning through final delivery. You have produced real shoots and launched real campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of video production — pre-production to post. You know what a production budget looks like, what a call sheet needs, and what happens in color.
  • Experience producing food photography shoots, including managing food stylists, and working to brand photography standards.
  • Experience managing external production vendors: negotiating rates, drafting SOWs, and holding partners accountable to deliverables.
  • Strong budget management skills — you can build one, track one, and flag a problem before it becomes a crisis.
  • Proficiency with post-production review tools and project management platforms (Asana preferred).
  • Working knowledge of digital content specs across paid social, organic social, digital display, connected TV, and email.
  • Experience with music licensing and talent agreement processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience producing content for a QSR, fast casual, or food & beverage brand — you understand the specific challenges of food styling and brand photography at scale.
  • Experience trafficking assets to paid media partners and in-restaurant digital display systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing/motion tools — even producer-level working knowledge.
  • Experience producing social-first content: Reels, TikToks, Stories, short-form video with fast turnaround cycles.
  • Experience managing franchise or multi-location marketing production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Production Lead pre-production for all in-house content — photography, video, social shoots, and animated content. Own every detail from concept translation to shoot day.
  • Build production budgets from scratch for all Mid and High Lift productions. Identify cost drivers, negotiate vendor rates, and flag risks before commitments are made.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage external production partners: production companies, directors, photographers, food stylists, prop stylists, casting agencies, and location scouts.
  • Draft and manage Statements of Work and Purchase Orders for all production vendors. Ensure no vendor begins work without a signed agreement.
  • Develop detailed shot lists, run-of-show documents, call sheets, and production schedules for every shoot — and distribute them to all parties with enough lead time to actually be useful.
  • Manage talent casting and coordinate talent agreements, releases, and usage rights in partnership with Legal.
  • Scout and secure locations for all on-location productions. Manage location agreements and permits.
  • Brief food stylists and ensure all food photography meets Slim Chickens brand photography standards — lighting, angle, texture, color, and accuracy to the actual menu item.
  • Serve as the on-set production lead for all in-house content shoots — you are the person running the day. Manage time on set obsessively. Know when the schedule is slipping before it slips and course-correct in real time.
  • Ensure creative direction from the Creative Director is being executed accurately on set — be the bridge between the CD's vision and what the camera is capturing.
  • Manage crew, talent, and vendor relationships on set with professionalism and calm authority. Own the on-set client or stakeholder experience — brief, professional, and focused on the work.
  • Capture and organize all raw assets, selects, and video dailies from every shoot and ensure secure delivery to post-production.
  • Manage post-production workflow for all video content — editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery.
  • Brief and manage external editors, colorists, and motion designers where internal capacity requires external support. Own the review and approval process for assets. Set up review links, manage versioning, and ensure feedback is properly implemented.
  • Deliver all final files in correct formats, specs, and naming conventions for each channel (video specs, digital specs, social specs, OOH specs).
  • Manage music licensing: source, license, and document all music used in production.
  • Own and manage the photography studio schedule — planning, organizing, and executing regular food photography, lifestyle photography, and social content shoots. Manage the photography asset library in BrandFolder — final selects organized, named, and accessible to the creative team.
  • Produce social content shoots for the organic and paid social team, coordinating creators, on-screen talent, and production support. Stay current on social platform production best practices — aspect ratios, video length, file formats — and ensure all produced content meets platform requirements.
  • Serve as the production advisor during the briefing phase of all Mid and High Lift campaigns — provide realistic production timelines, cost estimates, and risk flags before the workback is set. Traffic all final campaign assets to paid media partners, in-restaurant systems, and franchise channels. Own the trafficking process and confirm receipt and spec compliance for each placement.
  • Manage the production component of the campaign wrap report — actual production costs vs. budget, vendor performance, and production learnings. Maintain an approved vendor and production partner roster. Evaluate partners after each engagement and recommend additions or removals based on quality and reliability.
  • Produce creative assets that align with Slim Chickens brand standards and support systemwide marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize company platforms and tools (e.g., BrandFolder, Asana) to maintain efficient workflows, asset management, and collaboration.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries, file naming conventions, and documentation to ensure accessibility for internal teams and franchise partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes that support scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and franchise marketing needs as required. Provide production support for company meetings, events, and franchise system initiatives when creative assets are needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
