About The Position

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling in-home consultations for ProSolar’s Solar Consultants within retail store environments. This role is customer-facing and requires a high-energy individual who is comfortable approaching customers and booking appointments. Brand Ambassadors represent the ProSolar brand in retail locations and are expected to maintain a professional, enthusiastic presence while consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals. Schedule Full-time role 40 hours per week. Shifts primarily occur during retail store hours, including evenings and weekends. Attendance at periodic sales meetings and training sessions outside of retail shifts is required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers in a retail environment.
  • Ability to confidently explain basic solar concepts and answer initial questions
  • Background check required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone required for CRM / scheduling apps
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in retail sales, lead generation, promotions, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads by engaging with retail customers and introducing them to solar energy solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar and schedule in-home consultations for Solar Consultants.
  • Identify qualified homeowners and schedule in-home consultations with Solar Consultants
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting quotas.
  • Maintain a professional, branded presence at all times while representing the company in retail environments.
  • Set up and break down branded marketing booths, displays, and materials as required.
  • Ensure booth displays remain clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Accurately track leads and appointments using company systems or CRM tools.
  • Attend required sales meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with team leaders and Solar Consultants to ensure smooth appointment hand-offs.
  • Provide feedback on customer conversations, common objections, and retail traffic trends.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.
