About The Position

Babylist is where growing families turn for trusted guidance, and our Showroom + Boutique in Beverly Hills brings that experience to life. Since opening in 2023, we've welcomed expecting parents and their loved ones into a beautifully curated space to explore baby gear, build registries, and feel truly supported. We’re looking for a Full-Time Brand Ambassador who is curious, empathetic, and excited to be part of our guests journey. This role is all about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Weekend availability is required. If you’re people-focused, eager to support families, and love creating special moments, we’d love to learn more about you. Note: The average work schedule for this position is 30+ hours per week; however, actual hours may vary based on the needs of the showroom and your availability..

Requirements

  • Bring experience: You have 6+ months of experience in retail, hospitality, or guest service
  • Shine bright: You greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity

  • Communicate clearly: You engage confidently with guests and teammates

  • Flex your schedule: You’re available to work mid week, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Move comfortably: You can lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (6-8 hours)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome warmly: You greet guests with genuine excitement and create a positive experience from the start
  • Support thoughtfully: You assist guests in navigating the showroom and choosing registry items
  • Stay informed: You maintain up-to-date product knowledge, safety info, and brand standards
  • Guide confidently: You help guests understand and manage their Babylist registries
  • Contribute daily: You assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining showroom cleanliness
  • Meet targets: You help drive registry adds and guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service
  • Engage proactively: You share ideas and feedback to help improve the in-store experience
