This role offers cross-training in management, marketing, advertising, events, promotions, and sales , providing a strong foundation for career growth in the marketing and business development industry. Our clients include some of the nation’s largest companies , who hire us to increase consumer awareness and build their customer base. As we grow our new divisions, we are looking for self-motivated, career-oriented leaders to help expand and strengthen our operations. Requirements

• College degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Management, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, events, or retail
• internships and entry-level experience will be considered
• Outstanding verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service for clients and consumers

Responsibilities

• Assist in campaign development , including planning, coordination, analysis, and performance monitoring
• Professionally represent clients in all business interactions
• Contribute to the growth and performance of the division
• Train and develop new marketing professionals
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the marketing environment and adjust strategies to meet client objectives
• Manage and develop promotional materials and event logistics
